摘要: The Rosencwaig-Gersho equation for the photoacoustic signal is recast in a manner that emphasizes crucial role thermal wave interference plays production of signal. This formalism then used to suggest technique extracting information from structure resulting interference. Experimental measurements illustrating this are presented.
