摘要: The concept of in situ neoplasia, already well acknowledged epithelial tumors, has now been extended to lymphoid neoplasms. Among germinal center (GC)-derived lymphomas, a type "in follicular lymphoma (FL)" described which cells that strongly express BCL2 are observed histologically abnormal follicles. In this commentary, the author suggests another GC-derived lymphoma, ie, nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin with micronodular pattern small GCs or broken-up present within nodules, may be regarded as an early lesion limited GC. Like FL," is likely step potentially leads overt lymphoma.
