摘要: A physical system may be in thermodynamic equilibrium when participating as a whole uniform rotational motion [1]. In particular, mechanical of liquid cavity rotating about stationary axis with the constant angular velocity Ω (“solid-body” rotation liquid) is possible. If composition and isothermal, then such equilibrium, shown [2], stable for all Ω. However, case nonuniformly heated liquid, stability solid-state is, generally speaking, impossible.
