摘要: Synthetic and biological interest in highly functionalized acyclic cyclic amines has contributed to the wealth of experimental methodology developed for addition carbanions carbon–nitrogen double bond imines/imine derivatives (azomethines). While a variety practical methods exist enantio- stereo-selective syntheses substituted alcohols from aldehyde ketone precursors, related imine additions have inherent structural limitations. Nonetheless imines, by virtue nitrogen substitution, add synthetic dimension not available ketones. In addition, improved procedures preparation activation increased scope reaction.
