摘要: Somatic complaints such as pain and fatigue that are unexplained by conventional disease common in medical practice referred to functional, somatoform, or somatization symptoms. Despite frequent chronicity, disability, high associated costs, patients with these rarely offered either constructive explanations effective treatment. In this perspective, a cognitive-behavioral approach the problem is described, using chronic syndrome an example. It concluded utility of theory proven effectiveness cognitive behavior therapy provide basis for new evidence-based psychosomatics.
