摘要: The history of mining for precious minerals dates back to several centuries. Mining is important economy but causes environmental contamination. However, mine waste reclamation and environment cleanup are a subject recent origin focusing various aspects biogeotechnologies. In general, the remediation about three decades old, today advances in this field capable handling variety toxic waste. Different strategies approaches employed render less toxic. had negative effects on natural resources (biotic abiotic) deteriorates quality environment. types industries implicated promoting “industrial deserts” or “lunar scapes” which overloaded with technogenic Soil washing cleaning such situation cost prohibitive. This chapter deals zinc, lead, tin (arsenic) reference Thailand (see graphic abstract Fig. 1).
