摘要: The use of pn-junctions for temperature measurement has gone through several stages from the simple sensor to integrated sensor. In this paper we introduce bipolar transistors a calibration free measurement. elimination need calibrate enables one reduce production and maintenance costs sensors. Not all known methods using are able realize calibration-free Even realizing like well-known method by Verster have been used in practice with order an acceptable accuracy, We propose accurate i-u characteristic model take more measured points into account. This improves accuracy without affecting behaviour.
