摘要: Dietary selenium (Se) deficiency can influence the function of brain. Our objective was to investigate effects Se on oxidative damage and calcium (Ca) homeostasis in brain chicken. In present study, 1-day-old chickens were fed either a commercial diet (as control group) with 0.15 mg/kg or Se-deficient L 0.033 for 75 days. Then, injury biomarkers examined, including histological analysis, ultrastructure assay, apoptosis assay.
