摘要: The purpose of this study was to assess the predictive value admission heart rate (HR) for in-hospital and 1 year post-discharge mortality in a large cohort patients hospitalized acute myocardial infarction (MI). Data were derived from SPRINT-2 secondary prevention population, included 1044 (aged 50-79), 14 coronary care units Israel with MI years 1985-1986, before beginning thrombolytic therapy MI. Demographic, historical medical data collected each patient. All deaths during initial hospitalization recorded. In-hospital 5.2% 294 HR or = 90 beats/min (p beats/min) systolic blood pressure < 120 mmHg powerful predictor mortality. Multivariate analysis showed that an independent risk factor mortality.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
