摘要: Principal plant foods (including legume seeds and cereal grains) are poor sources of dietary iron because they don't contain adequate quantities available iron. Also, can compounds that inhibit bioavailability. Supplying more to seed grain crops during growth does not dramatically increase the concentration in these foods, homeostatic mechanisms highly regulate control absorption, translocation, redistribution, deposition organs. We have been using single gene pea mutants characterize regulation uptake translocation plants. Once understood, it may be possible develop new varieties which accumulate their edible parts.
