Design Of Mass Notification Systems

摘要: Mass notification systems (MNSs) are a relatively new concept as result of the problems that occurred in maintaining communications and directing occupants to safety on September 11, 2001. The design MNS combines both infrastructure an emergency management strategy will deliver real-time information instructions people single building or entire campus. This paper addresses eight steps successful MNS. They analysis threat, how facility operates daily basis, development master plan, integration personnel alerting subsystems, action implementation, staff training periodic review.
