摘要: Near-field radiative heat transfer (RHT) between two bodies can significantly exceed the far-field limit set by Planck's law due to evanescent wave tunneling, which typically only occur when are separated at subwavelength distances. We show that RHT SiC nanoparticles with separation distances much larger than thermal wavelength still particles located within a distance away from substrate. In this configuration, localized surface phonon polariton (SPhP) of couples propagating SPhP substrate then provides new channel for near-field energy transport and enhances orders magnitude large The enhancement is also demonstrated appear in chain closely spaced near field findings provide way long-distance energy.
