摘要: In the present study, we demonstrate that resting and rIL-2-activated NK cells had no inhibitory effects on peripheral blood-derived hematopoietic progenitor (HP) cells. Peripheral blood HP were similar to bone marrow progenitors in phenotype clonogenic colony formation capabilities. could be cocultured vitro with autologous for 3 d without adverse Acute myelogenous leukemia patients stable remission shown have normal percentages of elevated from most these activated rIL-2 lyse fresh uncultured tumor as well effecting These results suggest may used purge cell preparations residual before reconstitution.
