摘要: Abstract : The purpose of this CHETN is to examine storm surge and wave reduction benefits marsh restoration, as well the impact future wetland degradation on local conditions. Storm simulations representative moderate severe hurricanes were performed using ADCIRC model, with inclusion radiation stress gradients from STWAVE nearshore model. Coupled model made for landscape configurations in south Louisiana that involved hypothetical restored degraded features. This first a series tech notes influence marshes waves.
