摘要: The importance of androgen receptors in primary prostate cancer is well established and some form blockade the treatment for metastatic cancer. There increasing evidence that receptor (AR) continues to play a role castration resistant disease despite decrease serum androgens. Thus, factors modulate AR activity are potential therapeutic targets. transcription factor regulates its target genes by recruiting complex coregulators with multiple enzymatic activities. These remodel chromatin, modify receptor, other coregulators, general factors, as affect splicing decisions. Here we summarize current changes expression their function cell lines. Many these have pleiotropic functions then AR. they may both dependent independent roles
