摘要: Luminescence of CdS nanoclusters in type Y (FAU) zeolite is studied within 10 K - 293 temperature range under excitation by third harmonic Q-switched Nd:YAG laser. The exceptional features are revealed comparison with bulk crystals: essential short- wavelength shift emission apparently due to quantum confinement and peculiar non- monotonic dependence the overall intensity on temperature.
