摘要: When rat red blood cells were incubated in a cadmium (Cd)-free medium following 1-h pretreatment with 0.5 mM CdCl2, incorporated Cd was retained the cell during 14-h incubation and progressively accumulated membrane fraction, especially cytoskeleton fraction. In parallel to this accumulation, filterability decreased echinocytic increased, although intracellular ATP maintained at control level. The shape ghosts cytoskeletons prepared from Cd-loaded cells. addition, association of bands 2.1, 3, 4.2, 4.5 increased dissociation cytoskeletal networks low ionic strength as time increased. Pretreatment also induced release small vesicles. These vesicles contained hemoglobin but depleted spectrin actin, showing phospholipid composition similar that ghosts. results suggest organization membranes, networks, is altered by accumulation which acceleration age-related changes such change filterability.
