摘要: A coating approach for synthesizing 0.9Pb(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 -0.1PbTiO (0.9PMN-0.1PT) and PMN using a single calcination step was demonstrated. The pyrochlore phase prevented by Mg(OH) 2 on O 5 particles. Coating of done precipitating in an aqueous suspension at pH 10. confirmed optical micrographs zeta-potential measurements. treatment the -coated particles mixed with appropriate amounts PbO PbTiO powders 900°C h produced pyrochlore-free perovskite 0.9PMN-0.1PT powders. elimination attributed to separation coating. improved mixing decreased temperature complete columbite conversion ∼850°C. were sintered 97% density 1150°C. ceramics exhibited dielectric constant maximum ∼24 660 45°C frequency 1 kHz.
