摘要: Exosomes are dynamic nanovesicles secreted by virtually all cells and present in biological fluids. Given their highly heterogeneous content exosomes have been implicated many physiological pathological processes that they exert influencing cell-cell cell-ECM communication. In recent years an increasing number of methods established for the purification characterization exosomes. These include ultracentrifugation, ultrafiltration, size exclusion chromatography, immune capture precipitation using a proprietary polymer. Here, we provide protocol based on differential ultracentrifugation sucrose density gradients tailored isolation crude ultra-pure from primary fibroblast cultures derived adult mouse skeletal muscle. This can be adapted modified variety tissues bodily
