摘要: This invention relates to a multi-mode radio transceiver. The transceiver is operable, in one embodiment, communicate with digital and analogue modulation format cellular systems. handset utilises novel frequency plan architecture enable minimum level of complexity for dual-mode operation. preferably uses two local oscillators 1LO, 2LO generate all the required frequencies both transceivers, derived from single reference crystal oscillator. A used switchable operation maximum commonality functional blocks facilitate silicon integration.
