摘要: Cobalt nanoparticles on the surface of highly oriented pyrolytic graphite have been studied by atomic force microscopy. Thermal annealing in ultrahigh vacuum was used to change size cobalt and their distribution. The effect two key parameters, time temperature, distribution has studied. dependence particle these parameters obtained. It shown that main mechanism nanoparticle growth is Ostwald ripening.
