摘要: While the frequency of laboratory errors varies greatly, depending on study design and steps total testing process (TTP) investigated, a series papers published in last two decades drew attention professionals to pre- post-analytical phases, which currently appear be more vulnerable than analytical phase. In particular, high risk that could harm patients has been described both pre-pre- post-post-analytical cycle usually are not under control. 2008, release Technical Specification (ISO/TS 22367) by International Organization for Standardization played key role collecting evidence changing perspective errors, emphasizing need patient-centred approach testing.
