摘要: An attenuated bacteria has been made by an insertion mutation in the iglC gene of Francisella asiatica , allelic exchange. The strain proved to be effective vaccine providing protection against infection F. tilapia, and is believed would at least partially immunize fish from other species . ΔiglC mutant can also serve as vectors present antigens pathogens fish, thereby serving vaccines well. In addition, a highly sensitive specific assay that used for identification developed.
