摘要: Coenzyme Q10(CoQ10) in human milk at different stages of maturity mothers preterm and full-term infants its relation to the total antioxidant capacity is described for first time. Thirty healthy breastfeeding women provided colostrum, transition-milk mature-milk samples. Q, alpha-, gamma- delta-tocopherol, fatty acids were analyzed. Q10 was found higher concentrations colostrum (0.81+/-0.06 vs. 0.50+/-0.05 micromol/l) transition (0.75+/-0.06 0.45+/-0.05 group (similar results capacity). Concentrations alpha- gamma-tocopherol decreased with In conclusion, CoQ10 present breast milk, concentration infants. decreases through lactation delivering Also, CoQ10, directly correlates milk.
