摘要: This invention relates to a method of directing therapeutic agent selected cells, wherein complex is formed between polysaccharide capable interacting with cell receptor and agent. The resulting administered subject, permitted be internalized into the cells through process known as mediated endocytosis (RME). may be, for example, arabinogalactan, gum arabic, mannan or hydrolysis products thereof; an antiviral agent, nucleic acid, hormone, steroid, antibody, chemoprotective radioprotective asialoglycoprotein mannose receptor.
