摘要: Different vector-controlled structures are discussed, and their suitability for an economical reliable industrial drive system is explored. From this, the design of a compact control hardware derived, composed 80196 microcontroller ASIC (application-specific integrated circuit) generation pulsewidth modulation (PWM) signals. The can be configured from host computer or hand-held servicing unit through serial data link. Monitoring diagnostic functions included. A self-commissioning scheme permits setting parameters optimum dynamic performance induction motor. Various oscillograms demonstrate behavior vector controller operating 25-kVA PWM inverter. >
