摘要: In one example, a device includes or more processors configured to receive first segment of media data, wherein the data comprises stream access point, second lacks point at beginning segment, and decode least portion relative for segment. this manner, techniques disclosure may be used achieve Low Latency Live profile for, e.g., dynamic adaptive streaming over HTTP (DASH).
