摘要: Integrin-dependent and -independent MMP-9 uPAR signaling plays a key role in glioma cell migration invasion. In this article, we comment on all the possible pathways molecules associated with MMP-9- uPAR-mediated special emphasis integrins, family of adhesion molecules. Our recent research investigations highlighted substantial benefit silencing both together compared their individual treatments glioma. Simultaneous knockdown regulated majority significantly reduced potential cells. results point out that bicistronic construct, which can simultaneously silence offers great therapeutic is worth developing as new drug for treating GBM patients.
