The broadband rotational spectrum of fully deuterated acetaldehyde (CD3CDO) in a CW supersonic expansion

摘要: Abstract The broadband pure rotational spectra of CD 3 CDO, 13 and 18 O have been recorded using a BrightSpec W-Band (75–110 GHz) chirped-pulse Fourier transform millimeter wave (CP-FTmmW) spectrometer. sample was enriched with deuterium, whereas the C isotopologues were observed in natural abundance (with respect to fully deuterated parent containing 12 16 O). analysis is described derived molecular constants are compared those known acetaldehyde isotopologues. Furthermore, we demonstrated ability record steady-state “CW” supersonic expansion duty cycle 80%. advantages limitations segmented chirp spectrometer coupled CW source as well design vacuum pumping system discussed.
