摘要: A coding efficiency increase is achieved by using a common signalization within the bitstream with regard to activation of merging and skip mode. One possible state one or more syntax elements may signalize for current sample set picture that be merged has no prediction residual encoded inserted into bitstream. flag whether parameters associated are according merge candidate retrieved from bitstream, reconstructed based on signal depending set, without any data, refining means data
