摘要: The present study demonstrates the presence of cannabinoid receptors in brain from early postnatal ages. Specific and saturable binding was observed forebrain remaining ages (2 5 days after birth). Female neonate exhibited a higher receptor density at 2 birth than males, but this trend inverted days. From day 10, could be measured more defined areas, i.e. striatum, limbic ventral mesencephalon. ontogeny these three areas relatively similar, exhibiting progressive increase which maximised on 30 or 40 then subsequently decreased to adult values. Subtle sexual dimorphism found striatum mesencephalon not forebrain.
