摘要: Brown spot, caused by Bipolaris oryzae, is one of the most destructive diseases in rice. In this study, effect photon irradiance and temperature on brown spot development was evaluated. The concentration total soluble sugars (fructose, glucose sucrose) rice leaves also Rice plants cv. Oochikara were inoculated with B. oryzae kept a greenhouse [20 ± 2 C (night time) 35 (day time), 1000 lmol photons/m 2 /s] or two different mist chambers (25 32 C, 15 /s at top canopy). Plants chamber ±2 under low irradiance, showed reduced incubation period (IP) increase rate lesion expansion. severity 67.8% 27.8% 25 11.4% conditions. highest found grown which sugar concentrations lowest, suggesting that disease boosted these particular growing Based results continuous high presence relative humidity, contribute to an development.
