摘要: E-services are services delivered over the Internet. Such have different properties and dimensions, e.g. targeting sectors, being accessible through channels, or intended for frequent infrequent use. Throughout this article authors address e-services from a mobility perspective. They do by 1 positioning mobile within research field; 2 reviewing related work on e-services; 3 presenting examining existing challenges both difficulties opportunities when combining e-services. see as next generation of internet-based discuss important focus areas future directions, giving extra notion to in acceptance adoption, availability anytime anywhere, co-operation. In turn, these potentially set scene enhanced e-participation.
