摘要: In recent times, the role(s) of microRNAs (miRNAs) and long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in pathogenesis various cancers has received great attention. Indeed, there is also a growing recognition regulatory RNA cross-talk, i.e., lncRNA-miRNA interactions, that may modulate events carcinogenesis progression to metastasis. This review summarizes current evidence literature interactions such as breast, liver, stomach, lung, prostate, bladder, colorectal, blood, brain, skin, kidney, cervical, laryngeal, gall bone. Further, potential prognostic theragnostic clinical applications cancer are discussed along with an overview (ncRNA)-based studies were presented at American Society Clinical Oncology (ASCO) 2015. Interestingly, last decade seen tremendous innovation, well increase complexity, biological network(s) from mRNA- miRNA- lncRNA-based networks. Thus, networks devoted understanding between these ncRNAs would be next frontier better elucidating contributions cancer. Herein, network wherein “edges” connect interacting pairs, each ncRNA serving discrete “node” network. conclusion, untapped terms its diagnostic, therapeutic targets for clinically actionable intervention biomarker validation discovery pipelines remains explored. Future research will likely harness this so take us closer goal “precision” “personalized medicine” which tailor-made unique needs patient, clearly way forward going into future.
