摘要: The hierarchically structured ZSM-5 composites (HZC) with trimodal pores (macropores/mesopores/micro- pore) were synthesized by transforming the skeleton of macroporous aluminosilica gel into pure phase crystals through steam-assisted conversion method. monolithic was used not only as silicon and aluminum sources, but also a structural support. synthesis parameters, such composition precursor solution, Si/ Al feed ratios support gel, time for impregnation mixture structure-di- recting agents (SDAs) different crystallization temperatures, investigated. textural properties resulting samples characterized means Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms. experimental results indicated that HZC could be manufactured quaternary ammonium hydroxide SDA without seeding additional sources or aluminum, Si/Al ratio pretreatment had significant effect on morphology products using tetrapropyl (TPAOH) SDA. Furthermore, varied from when SDAs at temperatures discussed.
