摘要: We explored the small-scale plant species mobility in a subhumid native grassland subjected to grazing by cattle south-western Uruguay. established four permanent plots of 40 ¥ cm, divided 16 cells. In each cell, presence was seasonally recorded for 2 years and annually 4 years. By nesting cells, we studied at different scales, from 6.25 cm 400 . At scale measured richness, cumulative richness turnover rates dominant species. We found that an increasing power function, with higher accumulation smaller spatial scale. Although showed seasonal fluctuations, mean constant during study period. detected significant spatio-temporal variability patterns among species. Certain high capacity colonize new sites, whereas other rotate sites they previously occupied. Grazed communities Uruguayan Campos are structured as dense matrix perennials grasses forbs, where vegetative propagation is main form growth The dynamics characteristics could be linked diversity forms strategies this community. We believe degree contribute explain coexistence apparent stability local scales.
