摘要: Hypercalcaemia is a rare life-threatening complication of paediatric cancer that commoner in haematological than solid malignancies and associated rarely with acute renal failure. Often refractory to medical therapy, control hypercalcaemia children tumours may necessitate excision localised or urgent chemotherapy for metastatic ones. We present child hypercalcaemia, bulky chemosensitive failure whom posed high-risk tumour lysis syndrome (TLS). Resection the successfully normalised represents practical alternative strategy cases at high risk TLS.
