摘要: Starting with poly(l-lactic acid) (PLLA) of molecular weight 330 000, fibres were obtained through a two stage process: (i) melt-extrusion at various collecting rates (ranging from 1.8 to 10 m min−1, and (ii) hot-drawing drawing rates. The PLLA fell about 100 as consequence the production process. Ninety per cent loss occurred during extrusion ten hot-drawing. At fixed rate, properties as-spun strongly depended on their collection rate. higher modulus strength, lower strain break. While almost amorphous (1.8 3.1 min−1), 30 38% crystalline produced 5 respectively. Moreover, capability sustain further process, was found be dependent speed extrusion. Tensile 9.2 GPa tensile strength 0.87 for collected min−1 drawn times.
