摘要: Manufacturers in developed countries today face severe competition from hardware manufacturers low-wage countries. This is expected to become tougher as the quality of products developing improves. Firms need find ways distinguish themselves terms value for customers. Product part this value. Service also an important element that creates regard service increasingly important. Some manufacturing firms are strategically shifting role “product seller” towards “service provider” (Oliva and Kallenberg 2003). Importantly, activity being incorporated into design space, area traditionally dominated by physical industries. Companies expand aim engineering a product include services, so whole effective efficient. Such offering often called Product/Service Systems (PSS) (Mont 2002; Tukker Tischner 2006)
