摘要: A scheme of autothermal pyrolysis hydrocarbons in a reactor with fast mixing the feedstock high-temperature heat-carrier flow is considered. The possibility providing components verified series aerodynamic experiments model setup, where optimal geometry mixer for operation conditions determined. An experimental designed and manufactured verification concept proposed. propane given. Products combustion hydrogen-air mixture are used as heat carrier. Experimental distributions temperature concentration injected substance at exit agree results obtained setup. time demonstrated to be smaller than residence by more an order magnitude, which allows process arranged under controlled conditions. In addition research, several detailed kinetic schemes hydrocarbon tested on basis available data. Results calculations setup presented.
