摘要: A simple model of the microstructure a sensor as network three resistors, representing surface, bulk and particle boundary, is combined with response in order to understand effects sintering temperature on ceramic gas-sensitive resistor. This description accurately fitted chromium titanium oxide carbon monoxide over range four orders magnitude gas concentration. The parameters are found vary according predictions made from microscopy structures. parameter chemistry also varied temperature: understandable because segregation, which major determinant charge carrier distribution, varies temperature.
