摘要: Fluoroquinolones (FQs) and tetracyclines (TCs), the two β-diketone antibiotics (DKAs), are frequently detected pollutants in environment; however, little data available on their combined toxicity to zebrafish (Danio rerio). This study reports that toxicologic effects of DKA (FQs-TCs) exposure were comparable with or slightly less than those TCs alone, showing played a major role mixtures. The FQs, TCs, DKAs malformation rates dose dependent, EC50 values 481.3, 16.4, 135.1 mg/L, respectively. According hatching, mortality, rates, interaction between FQs was shown be antagonistic based three assessment methods: Toxic Unit, Additional Index, Mixture Index. 1.56 mg/L TC 9.38 treatments resulted higher basal swimming rate compared control group at 120 hours postfertilization (hpf). both light light-to-dark photoperiod experiments. Under conditions no obvious abnormality cardiac development, heart beats decreased significantly because exposure, such as decreasing by ∼20% 150 DKAs. Transmission electron microscopy observation myocytes from DKA-exposed hearts displayed prominent interruptions myofibrillar disorganization normal parallel alignment thick thin filaments, partial edematous dissolved membranes cell nuclear tissues. At 90 DKAs, transcriptional levels acta1a, myl7, gle1b genes, related development skeletal muscle formation, changed. is consistent behavior histopathologic results obtained transmission microscopy.
