摘要: Fluoroquinolones (FQs) and tetracyclines (TCs), the two β-diketone antibiotics (DKAs), are frequently detected pollutants in environment; however, little data available on their combined toxicity to zebrafish (Danio rerio). This study reports that toxicologic effects of DKA (FQs-TCs) exposure were comparable with or slightly less than those TCs alone, showing played a major role mixtures. The FQs, TCs, DKAs malformation rates dose dependent, EC50 values 481.3, 16.4, 135.1 mg/L, respectively. According hatching, mortality, rates, interaction between FQs was shown be antagonistic based three assessment methods: Toxic Unit, Additional Index, Mixture Index. 1.56 mg/L TC 9.38 treatments resulted higher basal swimming rate compared control group at 120 hours postfertilization (hpf). both light light-to-dark photoperiod experiments. Under conditions no obvious abnormality cardiac development, heart beats decreased significantly because exposure, such as decreasing by ∼20% 150 DKAs.
