摘要: With respect to instability and structural changes for maintaining effective functioning of economy an important issue is study the dynamics processes in labour market, including supply employment. Considering negative demographic trends acute problem population aging Ukraine article presents empirical research force participation unemployment rate, as well correlation relationship between them various periods time. On basis threshold-disturbance moving average autoregressive models there are elicited significant asymmetric reactions rate productivity positive macroeconomic shocks. For modelling behaviour economic activity developed a nonlinear logistic smooth transition model. In result econometric analysis received large estimated value slope parameter which characterizes smoothness transition. This indicates that quickly reacts previous took place market. times crisis Ukrainian households increase show increased job search order prevent decline their income.
