摘要: Glutamate is the major excitatory neurotransmitter in brain. It acts at ligand-gated cationic channels (NMDA, AMPA and kainate receptors) G protein-coupled metabotropic glutamate receptors as well. The glutamatergic transmission suggested to be involved development, learning memory. Its dysfunction can detected epilepsy, stroke, neurodegenerative disorders drug abuse. This paper summarizes present knowledge on modulation of glutamate-gated ion central nervous system by phosphorylation. An inhibitory interaction between adenosine A2A NMDA neostriatum described an example, mediated phospholipase C/inositol trisphosphate/calmodulin calmodulin kinase II pathway.
