摘要: A medium weight abrasion-resistant castable for use as a refractory lining having bulk density of no greater than 130 lbs/cu ft (2.1 gr/cc), and abrasion loss about 25 cc thermal conductivity 5.5 BTU/hr/ft2/in/oF (3.8 Kcal/min/cm2/cm/oC) includes coarse aggregate material containing cordierite. The composition also an intermediate sized calcined kaolin or flint finer caolin flint, fly ash cenospheres, clay, fume silica, cement.
