摘要: Abstract The DPNases from Bacillus subtilis and Neurospora crassa as well the DPNase inhibitor found in B. were purified to homogeneity using conventional techniques. three compounds are unusual that they contain large amounts of carbohydrate, consisting chiefly galactose, mannose, aminosugars. carbohydrate portions DPNase. inhibitor, enzyme represent 55, 71, 76%, respectively, molecular weights. is completely inhibited by a stoichiometric amount inhibitor. enzyme-inhibitor complex capable binding DPN + , but cannot hydrolyze dinucleotide. Some preliminary experiments described affinity chromatography for purification
