摘要: Although oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction have been linked to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease (AD), it remains unclear how may induce neuronal death. In a variety of tissues, cumulative stress, disrupted respiration, damage are associated with, indeed promote cell death degeneration. this review, we examine current evidence supporting the involvement mitochondria mitochondrially generated signaling in AD discuss potential implications for mechanism pathogenesis disease. Mitochondria pivotal controlling life not only by producing ATP, sequestering calcium, but also generating free radicals serving repositories proteins which regulate intrinsic apoptotic pathway. Perturbations physiological function inevitably disturb function, sensitize cells neurotoxic insults initiate death, all significant phenomena number disorders including AD.
