摘要: Considerable evidence has established the link between high levels of physical activity (PA) and all-cause cardiovascular disease (CVD)–specific mortality. Running is a popular form vigorous PA that been associated with better overall survival, but there debate about dose-response relationship running CVD survival. In this review, we specifically reviewed studies published in PubMed since 2000 included at least 500 runners 5-year follow-up so as to analyze aerobic PA, running, major health consequences, especially We also made recommendations on optimal dose protection against premature mortality, well briefly discuss potential cardiotoxicity exercise, including (eg, marathons).
