摘要: The aim of the work presented is to prepare a controlled-release hydrophilic matrix tablet (CMT) controlling release highly water-soluble drug applying pure combination high- and low-Mw PEO as materials, avoid lag time release, overcome incomplete in later stages. influences types amounts different Mw PEOs used, loading, pH medium agitation rate on were evaluated. study uptake erosion was conducted mechanism improving discussed.
