摘要: Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects essential oil on oxidative stress, immunity, and skin condition in atopic dermatitis (AD) induced mice. Methods: This a 3×3 factorial design. Factors were type (Lavender, Thyme, 2:1 mixture lavender thyme [blending oil]) treatment period (0 day, 7 days, 21 days). samples 45 mice with AD randomly assigned nine groups five per group. dependent variables such as superoxide radical, IgE, degranulated mast cells, epidermal thickness measured. Data collected from February April 2014. Descriptive statistics, One-way ANOVA, Two-way Tukey’s HSD test performed using SPSS WIN 20.0 program. Results: Dependent not statistically significantly different by three types (p >.05). Essential oils lavender, thyme, blending all effective reducing symptoms especially most effective. There significant differences periods <.001). interactions between <.01). For decreasing thickness, mixed should be applied for at least days. Otherwise reduce used Conclusion: These findings provide bases developing interventions patients manage their symptoms.
